Improper privilege management in Oracle E-Business Tax 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows local users to take over the application. Oracle identifies only the Internal Operations component and has not disclosed the flawed operation, input path, or affected function. Exploitation requires low-privilege logon access to the host where the module executes and grants complete control over its data and operation.
