CVE-2026-60958Network attack vector

Unauthenticated takeover

Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 21, 2026

Improper access control in Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to take over the service via HTTP. Oracle identifies the vulnerable component only as Client Bundle and has not published the affected endpoint, input-handling flaw, or failed access-control check behind the compromise. No authentication or user interaction is required, so any deployment that exposes the HTTP interface is in scope and should be triaged as full application compromise.
