Access control failure in Oracle Learning Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies Internal Operations as the affected component but has not published the faulty authorization operation or endpoint. Low-privileged credentials and network access suffice to read critical or all accessible data and create, modify, or delete records.
