Privilege management flaw in Oracle Service Fulfillment Manager 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application. Oracle identifies the Fulfillment Engine as the affected locus but has not disclosed the incorrect operation performed on HTTP input. Exploitation requires low-privileged application access over HTTP; success grants control over the application and its data.
