Authenticated access to and modification of critical data
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Service Fulfillment Manager 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter data. Oracle identifies the Fulfillment Engine and HTTP as the affected component and protocol but does not disclose the faulty authorization check or request path. A low-privileged account with network access is required; successful exploitation provides complete read access and creation, deletion, or modification of accessible data.
