Improper access control in Oracle WebCenter Content 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the issue only as a flaw in the Content Server component and does not disclose which request path or authorization check performs the wrong operation on untrusted input. No credentials or user interaction are required, but Oracle rates exploitation as high complexity and states that successful attacks can affect data reachable through additional products because scope changes.
