Improper access control in Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to modify data via HTTP. Oracle describes the flaw only as an issue in the Client Bundle and has not published the affected endpoint, request path, or validation failure in the HTTP-facing code. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful exploitation can write or delete accessible data, read a subset of data, and cause a partial service interruption, with possible effects beyond the vulnerable component's scope.
