Improper access control in Oracle Property Manager 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the module via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Internal Operations and has not disclosed the failed access-control check or request-handling error. High application privileges are required; successful exploitation grants control over the module without user interaction.
