CVE-2026-60909Network attack vector

Data access via improper access control

Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 20, 2026

Improper access control in Content Server in Oracle WebCenter Content 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data via HTTP requests. Oracle has disclosed only that the flaw is in the Content Server component; the public CVE record and Oracle advisory do not identify the affected endpoint, function, or authorization check that mishandles attacker-supplied requests. Exploitation requires low-privileged application access and user interaction from another person, and the published impact is bounded to unauthorized disclosure of all accessible data plus unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some accessible data.
