Unauthenticated access to all server content
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 20, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle WebCenter Content 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read all accessible content via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected Content Server endpoint or the access-control operation that mishandles an unauthenticated request. Network access to the HTTP service is sufficient; successful exploitation discloses critical data or all content accessible to the server without altering it.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
