Improper access control in Norway Payroll in Oracle HRMS (Norway) 12.2.8 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to gain takeover via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the affected request or the erroneous access-control operation in the Norway Payroll component. Exploitation requires high application privileges and high complexity; successful attacks give complete control of the HRMS localization and its accessible data and service.
