Improper access control in Oracle Risk Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter critical data. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Internal Operations and has not disclosed which HTTP request or authorization check mishandles low-privilege access. A low-privilege account and network access to the application over HTTP are required; successful exploitation exposes or modifies all data accessible to the product, without affecting availability.
