Improper access control in Oracle Fusion Middleware Service Delivery Platform 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the specific Messaging Enabler endpoint or code path that accepts unauthenticated HTTP requests without the required access restriction, so the public record does not expose the failing operation beyond an access-control lapse.
