Improper authorization in Oracle Customer Support 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify critical data. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Update Service Request and has not published the incorrect operation performed on untrusted input. Low-privileged HTTP access is required; successful exploitation exposes or changes Customer Support data without affecting availability.
