Improper access control in Oracle E-Business Intelligence 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle identifies only the Internal Operations component and has not disclosed the faulty operation or input that defeats its access controls. Exploitation requires high privileges and difficult conditions; success permits reading or changing all accessible data but does not interrupt service.
