Improper access control in Oracle iReceivables 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as AR Web Utilities and has not disclosed the request, authorization decision, or incorrect operation involved. Low-privileged application credentials and network access to the HTTP interface are required; successful exploitation grants control over iReceivables.
