Authentication bypass in Oracle Payments 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote attackers to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle and NVD place the flaw in the File Transmission component, but public records do not identify the endpoint or code path beyond a missing-authentication condition on a critical function. No credentials or user interaction are required; network reachability to the HTTP-exposed component is the stated gate, and the published consequence is full application compromise.
