Authenticated critical-data disclosure and modification
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Data-access flaw in Oracle Applications Framework 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify critical data. Oracle identifies the affected locus as the Graph / Charting component but has not published the operation that mishandles attacker-controlled input. Low-privileged access over HTTP is required; exploitation permits creation, deletion, modification, or disclosure of framework-accessible data without interrupting service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
