Authenticated critical-data access and modification
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Financials Common Modules 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle identifies Common Components but has not disclosed the named code locus or the incorrect authorization operation performed on HTTP input. A low-privileged E-Business Suite account is sufficient, and successful exploitation grants complete read and modification access to all module-accessible data without interrupting service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
