High-privilege data disclosure and modification
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Configuration flaw in Oracle Applications Technology Stack 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows high-privileged local users to read or alter critical data. Oracle identifies the Configuration component but has not published the configuration locus or incorrect operation that exposes stack-accessible data. Exploitation requires a high-privilege host logon and difficult conditions; successful attacks disclose or create, delete, or modify all data accessible to the stack.
