Local critical-data disclosure
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Information disclosure in Oracle Applications DBA 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows local users to read all data available to the product. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Internal Operations and has not disclosed the operation that mishandles attacker-controlled input. A low-privileged user must have a logon to the infrastructure where the utilities execute; successful access can expose critical data and significantly affect other products.
