Unauthenticated data access and modification
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 20, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Internet Procurement Connector 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle has disclosed only the Internal Operations component and has not published the affected request path, function, or validation failure behind the unauthorized access. Exposure requires network reachability to the HTTP interface and no credentials, and the stated impact is unauthorized read, create, delete, or modify access to application data rather than service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
