Improper access control in Oracle Siebel CRM End User 17.0 through 26.6 allows remote attackers to read and modify CRM data via TLS. Oracle identifies the Search component but has not published the request, function, or access-control operation that mishandles untrusted input. Exploitation requires unauthenticated access from the adjacent physical communication segment and grants access to all data available to the affected application, without causing a service interruption.
