Oracle Siebel Marketing 17.0 through 26.6 allows remote attackers to read application data and cause repeated crashes via HTTP. Oracle's August 18, 2026 advisory names the Marketing component and the confidentiality and availability impact, but it does not disclose the vulnerable endpoint, code path, or incorrect operation on untrusted input. Exposure requires only unauthenticated HTTP reachability to the component; published impact is bounded to data disclosure and hang or frequently repeatable crash conditions, with no claimed ability to modify data.
