Authentication failure in Oracle Siebel CRM Cloud Applications 22.3 through 26.5 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application. The flaw resides in Siebel Cloud Manager, but Oracle has not published the affected request, code path, or incorrect authentication operation. Low-privileged HTTP access is required, and successful exploitation grants control of the application with effects beyond its security scope.
