Improper access control in Oracle Identity Manager 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify critical data via HTTP. Oracle has disclosed only the affected Security component; the public record does not identify the HTTP endpoint or authorization check that incorrectly grants privileged data operations. Exploitation requires valid high-privilege credentials and network reachability to the HTTP interface, but successful requests can cross scope boundaries and expose or alter all data the deployment makes accessible.
