Server takeover by authenticated T3 IIOP users

Core flaw in WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.0, 14.1.1.0.0, 14.1.2.0.0, and 15.1.1.0.0 lets remote authenticated users take over the server via T3 or IIOP. Oracle has disclosed only the affected Core component and the T3/IIOP reachability; neither the CVE record nor the August 18, 2026 Oracle advisory identifies the vulnerable class, function, or unsafe operation on attacker-controlled input. Exposure requires valid low-privilege credentials and network reachability to T3 or IIOP endpoints, and Oracle rates successful exploitation as full WebLogic compromise with scope change into additional connected products.
