Oracle Scheduler 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 contains a Rules UI flaw that allows remote authenticated users to read, alter, or delete data. Oracle has not disclosed the flawed operation, input, endpoint, or authorization logic within the Rules UI. Exploitation requires low-privileged HTTP access and can also partially interrupt the service, but no broader compromise is reported.
