Access control failure in Oracle Process Manufacturing Regulatory Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over it. Oracle identifies the affected component only as Internal Operations and has not published the flawed operation or request parameters. Exploitation requires low-privileged credentials and HTTP network access; takeover compromises confidentiality, integrity, and availability within the module.
