Improper access control in Oracle PeopleSoft Human Resources 9.2 allows remote attackers to alter critical data or interrupt service via TCP. Oracle has not disclosed the affected Core code path or the incorrect operation performed on untrusted TCP input. Exploitation requires no credentials or user interaction but has high attack complexity; success can create, delete, or modify accessible data and cause a hang or repeatable crash.
