Improper access control in Oracle WebCenter Content 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and alter data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed which Content Server request mishandles access control or how an untrusted redirect reaches protected data operations. Exploitation requires no credentials but requires another person's interaction, and it can expose or alter all accessible content without interrupting service.
