Unauthenticated critical-data access and modification
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Authentication failure in Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Campus Community 9.2.38 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Security component but does not publish the affected endpoint or the operation that mishandles an unauthenticated request. Exploitation requires network access and high attack complexity, and successful attacks expose critical or all accessible data while permitting some records to be inserted, changed, or deleted.
