Information disclosure in Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN eSettlements 9.2 allows local users with high privileges to read application data. Oracle identifies the eSettlements component but has not published the flawed function or operation that exposes the data. Exploitation requires a high-privilege logon to the infrastructure where PeopleSoft runs, and the result is limited to unauthorized read access to a subset of eSettlements data.
