Improper access control in Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework V16 allows remote attackers to take over the service via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Core component but has not disclosed the request path, code locus, or wrong operation that permits the takeover. Exploitation requires unauthenticated access from the physical communication segment attached to the host; success grants full control of the framework.
