Improper access control in Oracle WebCenter Sites 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify site data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the affected endpoint or the operation that fails to enforce access control on untrusted HTTP requests. Exploitation requires no authentication but has high attack complexity; successful attacks expose or alter all accessible Sites data across a changed security scope that reaches other products.
