Improper access control in the Console of Oracle WebLogic Server 14.1.2.0.0 and 15.1.1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to take over the server. Oracle has not disclosed the flawed Console operation or how it mishandles attacker-controlled HTTP input. High-privileged credentials and network access to the Console are required; exploitation grants complete control of the WebLogic Server deployment.
