Access-control failure in Oracle WebCenter Content 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter content via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the affected Content Server function or the incorrect operation it performs on HTTP input. Low-privileged credentials and network access are required; attacks expose critical or all accessible content, modify some content, and can affect other products.
