Unauthenticated read and write access to server data
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle HTTP Server 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify server data. The flaw resides in mod_ssl, but Oracle has not published the incorrect operation or input handling that defeats access controls. No credentials or user interaction are required; HTTP access is enough to read, create, delete, or modify all server-accessible data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
