Improper access control in Oracle Unified Directory 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.1.0 allows remote attackers to read and alter directory data via LDAP. Oracle has not published the affected access-control path or the operation that mishandles an LDAP request. Exploitation requires no credentials or user interaction but has high complexity; successful attacks can read, create, delete, or modify all accessible data and affect connected products.
