Missing authentication in OUD Core in Oracle Unified Directory 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.1.0 allows remote attackers to take over the server via LDAP. Oracle has not disclosed which OUD Core function fails to authenticate LDAP requests or the request sequence that reaches it. Network access without credentials is required, and exploitation has high complexity; success grants complete control and can affect other products.
