Application crash via truncated DXF point count

Heap buffer overflow in LibreOffice 25.8 before 25.8.7 and 26.2 before 26.2.3 allows attackers to corrupt memory via a crafted DXF file. The importer truncates the file-supplied polyline point count to 16 bits when allocating the point buffer, then fills it using the full count and writes beyond the allocation. Exploitation requires a user or automated workflow to import the crafted file; the resulting memory corruption can crash LibreOffice or alter data within its process.
