Local data compromise via undisclosed authorization flaw
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Service Delivery Platform 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows local users to read and alter critical data. Oracle identifies the locus as the Messaging Enabler but has not published the operation that mishandles authorization or the affected code path. Exploitation requires a low-privileged logon to the host where the platform runs; successful attacks can expose or modify all data accessible to the platform and can affect additional products.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
