Denial of service in Oracle Service Delivery Platform 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to hang or crash Messaging Enabler via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the vulnerable endpoint, request structure, or operation that mishandles the HTTP input. Network access without authentication or user interaction is sufficient, and successful attacks interrupt the service without reported data disclosure or modification.
