Improper access control in Oracle Service Delivery Platform 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter data. Oracle has not disclosed the faulty Messaging Enabler operation or how crafted T3 or IIOP traffic defeats its intended access controls. Low-privileged network credentials are required; successful attacks can affect other products, compromise all accessible data, and partially interrupt the service.
