Missing authentication in Oracle WebLogic Server Proxy Plug-In 15.1.1.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify accessible data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the request handler or failed authentication operation, and the component also affects Oracle HTTP Server 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful requests can read, create, delete, or modify all data accessible through the plug-in.
