Authenticated HR data disclosure and modification
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Access-control weakness in Oracle HRMS for France 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter HR data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as French HR Payroll and has not disclosed the flawed operation or how a crafted request bypasses intended authorization. Low-privileged application access is required; successful exploitation exposes a subset of accessible records and permits some records to be updated, inserted, or deleted without affecting service availability.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
