Improper access control in the PJM Command Center in Oracle Project Manufacturing V16 allows local users to modify data and interrupt service. Oracle has not published the affected function or the access-control check that incorrectly permits these operations. Exploitation requires low-privileged infrastructure logon access and high complexity; successful attacks can update, insert, or delete some accessible data and cause a partial service interruption.
