Authenticated appraisal data access via undisclosed authorization flaw
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Performance Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter appraisal data. Oracle identifies Appraisals as the affected component but does not disclose the flawed authorization check or request path. Low-privileged access and HTTP reachability are required; successful exploitation exposes only a subset of accessible data to reading, updating, insertion, or deletion, with no reported service interruption.
