OS command injection in TOTOLINK A7100RU 7.4cu.2313_b20191024 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through User input. setVpnAccountCfg reads the user-controlled User value, formats it into a command string, and passes it through CsteSystem to execv without neutralizing shell metacharacters.
