Unauthenticated cluster takeover
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Access control failure in Oracle Coherence allows remote attackers to take over affected cluster data and services through TCP. Oracle identifies the vulnerable locus only as the Core component and does not disclose the TCP handler or the incorrect operation applied to untrusted traffic. No authentication or user interaction is required; affected releases are 12.2.1.4.0, 14.1.1.0.0, 14.1.2.0.0, and 15.1.1.0.0.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
